Real Estate Development Summit-2018

June 29, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Reshaping the future of real estate

Continuous change is the constant of the modern world, and the real estate industry is no exception.

Africa as a whole maintained its position as the world’s second-fastest growing economies, and the East African sub region recorded Africa’s best economic performance in 2017 with a GDP growth rate of 5.9%. East Africa’s rapidly growing property markets have an increasingly diverse range of international investors, developers and occupiers who have been looking to invest.

In spite of developments occurring at a breakneck speed, the key areas continually seen strapped to the back-bench are financial planning, project execution and most importantly, the implementation of sustainable measures.

The Real Estate Development Summit will bring to the forefront exemplary thought leaders and movers and shakers such as Owners, Developers, Architects, Designers, Consultants, Suppliers, Technology Consultants and Investors – with the intention of making a difference in the way stake holders engage with one another to complete projects, analyze the opportunities and challenges in the real estate market, examine best practices and explore new deal making strategies.

All of this is accentuated by cutting edge panel discussions, face-to-face meetings and carefully selected attendees to create value at every level of participation.

Speakers include Arthur Adeya, Managing Director, Athena Properties Limited, Ahmed Fateen, Building Segments Director, East Africa, and Mumo Wasua Musuva, Managing Director, Planning Systems Services Limited.
