Cameroon: Attack on school, at least 8 children killed!

At least 8 children have been killed in an attack in a school in Cameroon. According to sources, a doen others have been wounded as the attackers attacked with guns and machetes. As reported, the attackers were riding on a bike, dressed as common people and then attacked the private Mother Francisca International Bilingual Academy. It is situated in  the city of Kumba on Saturday. 

This incident is described as the worst atrocity as it is the first time in a while that schools have been opened after the pandemic. It is not confirmed yet that this attack is linked to a struggle between government forces and armed groups in the English-speaking west seeking to form a breakaway state.
