Eswatini: PM Ambrose Dlamini dies after contracting COVID-19!

Ambrose Dlamini, the prime minister of Eswatini, died. He died in a South African hospital. It happened on Sunday as claimed by the government. He was 52 years old. He was tested positive for COVID-19 a month ago. Their chiefs have commanded that I inform the state of the sad and untimely death of His Excellency the Prime Minister Ambrose Mandvulo Dlamini,” Deputy Prime Minister Themba Masuku said during a statement.

The prime minister died while he was undergoing medical aid during a hospital in South Africa without giving details of the explanation for his death. Dlamini had announced in November about the coronavirus positive. But he also added that he felt well and was asymptomatic. He was moved to South Africa on December 1, for his fast-track recovery from COVID-19. At that time, the government said Dlamini was stable and responding well to treatment.
