Egypt is not against the development of any African country. For nine years, Egypt has been trying to reach a balanced win-win solution through negotiations. Egypt’s share of Nile water is an issue of existence and a matter of life. In the midst of every crisis, lies great opportunity.
It’s time to leave a mark in the history of the Blue Nile by adopting cooperative approach and avoiding unilateral actions to ensure the benefits of more than 215 million people in Egypt and Ethiopia.
