Spread the news

Nigerian jets have made several airstrikes and bombarded the Boko Haram group in the northeastern state of Borno. This  killed several terrorists during these operations but the exact number is unknown. According to the military commander and spokesman Famuyiwa Ayodele, the strikes targeted jihadist positions in the towns of Kadari, Ngoshe and Kangarwa in the Borno region. The military said the operations were carried out from 16 to 19 November. All this was possible due to the surveillance and reconnaissance videos of the army which had located the militants.  Nigeria’s army has gradually regained control of the areas controlled by the Islamist sect Boko Haram in the recent months.
