To upscale the permeation of business in the West African region, His Excellency, Mr. Kanyi Alexandre G. Logosu-Teko, the Acting Ambassador of the Republic of Togo, and Mr. Naveen Sharma, President, Indo-Togo Cooperation Forum, extended an invite to the business community to the 14th Lome International Fair, which will open its doors from November 24th to December 11th, 2017.
The theme of this edition is, “Digital Technology for Business.”
Lasting for 17 days, more than 1,000 exhibitors and nearly 300,000 visitors are expected to participate in the event.
The 14th edition of the Lome International Fair on the site of the Togolese Center of Exhibitions and Fairs of Lome (CETEF-LOME), is a flagship event in West Africa, which serves as an ideal setting for the promotion of products and services, business contacts, exchanges and the search for business partners.
The International Lome Fair (FIL), organised since 1985, remains one of the biggest economic events of Africa in general, and one of the West African sub-region in particular.
In each previous editions of this fair, several hundred public, private companies from different sectors of activity, coming from all the countries, participated.
In an area of more than 90,000 square metres, five minutes from the Gnassingbe Eyadema International Airport with fast and convenient access (taxis, taxi-motorcycles, buses), the Lome fair hosts both product launches and evenings, parades, and many other programs.
This year too, a number of business meetings, conferences, seminars and round tables are expected.
First time, an Indian company is representing the 14th Lome International Trade Fair in India. This company is Athena Ventures.
