Spread the news

Zama and Mr Music advanced to the grand finale of the SA Idols stage. They are the finalists of this year’s season. They have a fan following of  22-million who are casting their votes to make a decision. They will decide who will win a recording contract with Kalawa Jazmee next week! Sadly, Brandon was voted out of the competition after he couldn’t garner enough votes to stay in contention.

Before the voting results were announced, the highest 3 treated fans to their first-ever performances of their very first singles. This demonstrated their transformation from eager auditionees to talented musicians. They commanded the stage and prepared for the large time! Indeed, the judges couldn’t help but feel pleased with the three finalists and their performances. Mr Music’s and Zama sang their new Afro-pop singles, ‘Ngikhethe Kahle’ and ‘Ndizobizwa’, while Brandon dropped a “hip hop track with other elements’, titled ‘Uhambe’. The judges remarked that the singles, which are now available on iTunes and everyone  streaming platforms, signified how Kalawa Jazzmee was an ideal fit for this year’s competition.
