Boubou Cisse, Prime Minister of Mali has promised the nation to quickly form an open government which will deal with the challenges of the day. He also discussed how the death tolls from the country’s worst years had risen to four. Violence and protests broke out in the country demanding president keita resign over a long-running conflict, economic woes, and perceived government corruption.
He said that he and the president are open to dialogues and trying to set up the government very quickly. According to reports, demonstrators attacked the parliament and on Saturday Cisse said four people had died.
