If Burna Boy wins the Grammy this time, he will become Nigeria’s second Grammy winner after Sikiru Adepoju. Burnaboy’s latest album ‘Twice As Tall’ has gotten famous as usual with #TwiceasTall. This album has gotten him a second shot at winning a Grammy. The talented singer bagged a World Music Album nomination. He has done so alongside Anoushka Shankar, Antibalas, Bebel Gilberto, and Tianariwen on Monday.
Burna Boy’s fifth album Twice as tall was released in August. His mum cum manager, Bosede Ogulu, was the executive producer along with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The 63rd Annual Grammy Awards will be held on January 31, 2021. The venue decided is at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The award will praise the best recordings, compositions, and artists of the eligibility year, running from September 1, 2019, to August 31, 2020.
