Nigeria: Inflation continues to rise amid Covid19 pandemic

Inflation in Nigeria has been continuing for many months even between the coronavirus pandemic. It has brought many people to struggle and face difficulties even feeding them. There has been a rise in prices of transport, hospital services and pharmaceuticals. Many people are jobless due to the outbreak. 

This inflation problem has become worse since the Nigerians shut their land borders with its neighbours to prevent smuggling since August. Analysts say until the government makes its investors confident then the citizens will face the double-digit hike.
