DELHI, INDIA, February 21, 2020: The Associated Chambers of Commerce of India; Oldest, Leading, largest and Apex Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) is organizing the 13th Higher Education, Skill and Livelihood Conclave – Future of Higher Education and Skill 2030 with the objective of promoting world-class quality education, innovation and research. This would help make India a Knowledge superpower by equipping its students with the necessary skills and knowledge. The Country is facing unprecedented challenges – social, economic and environmental – driven by accelerating globalization and a faster rate of technological developments. At the same time, these dynamics are providing us with new opportunities for human advancement. The students starting their education journey in 2020 will be young adults in 2030. Educational Institutions and Industries together will have to prepare students for skills and livelihood that are required for the 21st Century. It will be a shared responsibility of Academia & Industries to seize opportunities and find solutions. Every academic organization and the industries must work in mission-mode to revamp the educational architecture in tune with the requirements of the 21st Century to make India a leading nation in the field of education.
The conclave will be held on 25-26 February 2020 at Silver Oak Hall, India Habitat Center, New Delhi and would be attended by 300+ Chancellors, Vice-Chancellors, Principals, Deans, Directors and Promoters of leading Government and Private Universities, Institutions, Colleges, Edutech startups, Consultants across the country.
