An explosion rocked a crude oil refinery in Durban (the second-largest oil refinery in South Africa). 7 people have been injured due to the explosion. One of the workers who operate the plant said a fire broke out about 7.10 am. It happened on Friday. It was extinguished by 8.45 am.
The fire affected production at 120,000 barrels per day (BPD). According to sources, the cause is under investigation. The people who are injured are in a stable condition now.
