President Jacob Zuma of South Africa has been urged to report corrupt officials who had misappropriated public funds. The troubled President said he knew about the people who were misusing the public funds in the country, during a rally in his home province of Kwazulu -Natal, on Friday.
The officials from South Africa’s main opposition parties, The Democratic Alliance (DA) and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) on Sunday, called on President Zuma to share the information he has with the concerned authorities.
“President Jacob Zuma has a legal duty to report, to the law enforcement authorities, those who he knows to be engaged in criminal behaviour,” DA leader, Mmusi Maimane said.
