The initiative is being facilitated by the National School of Government (NSG) in partnership with the European Union (EU).

The training that began on June 11 will continue till July 13, during which unemployed graduates and interns will be equipped with the knowledge of public administration and public services and how they are organized and function.

The orientation programme is underpinned by values and principles found in Chapter 10 of the Constitution of the country and is aimed at orientating learners to the public service, equipping them with the values required of public servants.
