The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), in partnership with the Union of Arab Banks (UAB), has launched “InspireHer,” a regional initiative to break down financial barriers for women in nine MENA countries, including Algeria, Egypt, and Tunisia. The program invites applications across three categories: New Venture (for early-stage entrepreneurs), Established Business (for those looking to expand), and Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 (for impactful leaders). Winners will receive $1,500–$3,000, media exposure, UNIDO-led capacity-building workshops, and access to the 2026 World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum, offering valuable networking with global investors and key decision-makers.
