In March, South Africa imposed a strict lockdown all over the nation to prevent the spread of Coronavirus by restricting travel provinces. This caused a disturbance in a cultural practice for many Black residents in Cape Town.

practically impossible for many families.
It has become a tough choice between choosing to break the tradition vs breaking the law. Chris Stali, the director of a funeral parlor in Khayelitsha said it is a big trauma for all. South Africa is on rank 14 for the number of corona cases and is still rising.
