#EndSARS: Presidential panel okays 5 demands of protesters

The presidency met with the police reforms protesters and got to know about the five demands made by the #EndSARS protesters across the country. It was claimed by the Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday.  Mohammed Adamu, Inspector General of Police conducted a meeting with stakeholders, agreeing to meet demands, which said that misuse of force against protesters and unconditional release of arrested citizens.

This meeting was attended by the leaders and representatives of civil society organisations in Nigeria, activists from the entertainment industry and the ENDSARS movement and development partners. At the meeting the five demands of the protesters and the “ENDSARS movement” are real concerns and will be taken care by the Government.
