Doha Exhibition Center (DEC) now has a FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre. Customers can purchase tickets and get their problems resolved. At DEC, ticket holders can also apply for the necessary Hay’ya Card (Fan ID). Recorded video interview with FIFA’s Director of Ticketing is now available for media.

Tickets are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed immediately after payment during the current last-minute sales phase, which will run until the completion of the event. Tickets for all 32 matches, including the curtain-raisers on 30 November.

Fans may now purchase tickets for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 over the counter at the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre (FVTC) in the Doha Exhibition Center (DEC), which is easily accessible from Al Qassar metro station. The specialised service centre will also offer mobile ticket support and problem resolution, as well as the opportunity for fans to obtain their Hay’ya Card (Fan ID) https://bit.ly/3cl3AQI

“I personally believe Al Bayt Stadium is one of the most beautiful stadiums I’ve seen in my whole life. You can feel and see how Arab culture is applied to a modern football stadium,” said FIFA’s Director of Ticketing & Hospitality, Falk Eller, in a video interview available for media to download for editorial purposes. “The innovation we bring to Qatar is mobile tickets. We will invite fans to receive and manage their tickets on their mobile phone, using a FIFA-provided app, to then subsequently access stadiums or share tickets with their friends.”

Fans who purchased their tickets through FIFA.com/tickets do not need to collect them at the FVTC because they will be provided via the FIFA Arab Cup 2021TM mobile ticketing application.

There are a variety of low-cost tickets available, with category 4 tickets (Qatar residents only) costing QAR 25 for all matches save the semi-finals (from QAR 45) and final (from QAR 60).  FIFA.com/tickets provides a comprehensive description of the sales phases and ticket prices. Fans will be able to attend more than one FIFA Arab Cup match each day, just like during the FIFA World Cup 2022TM, as long as there is enough time to get to the second stadium via public transportation – a list of compatible matchups is available here https://bit.ly/3Fkump3

Hay’ya Card (Fan ID) is a smart-technology identification card developed to offer supporters with the best possible experience in Qatar, and it will be required for all ticket holders attending FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 matches. It will be used as identification and will grant admission to tournament stadiums when combined with a valid ticket purchased at FIFA.com/tickets.

FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre (FVTC) and Hay’ya Card Service Centre operating times:

  • Until 17 December: Sat-Thu: 10:00-22:00 / Fri: 14:00-22:00
  • 18 December: 10:00-18:00

In light of the COVID-19 epidemic, and as was the case for the FIFA Club World Cup 2020 and FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 qualifications in June 2021, the host country will offer the necessary protections to ensure the health and safety of all participants. All delegates must adhere to Qatari authorities’ travel advise as well as the most recent recommendations from Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health https://bit.ly/3ce43Eq
